It’s Lunch Time! Design a School Lunch Box For Your Kids!

Once you have created a digital scrapbooking page, then really the sky is the limit for all the things you can do with it!
Get your your kids ready to go back to school with fun accessories by adding a little personalization to their regular lunch or pencil box and design their very own personalized box!
It is easier than you might think! Just design a digital scrapbooking page with photos of your child, their friends, teacher, school, and class. Next, add a few digital embellishments, text and WordArt- and then the page is done!
Next, look around for the perfect lunch box or pencil case. Plastic lunch boxes work very well for this type of project.
Fabric lunch bags won’t keep the sticky paper on very well. The plastic boxes work better for this example, because the original picture on the box is probably a sticker-like image anyway.
Don’t worry about taking off the current image or sticker on the box. As long as this original image is a flat image, you can just stick your digital scrapbooking page right over the top!
Next, you need to buy some Sticker Paper. Basically this is paper that can be printed and has a sticky, peel-off side.
You can buy this type of paper at most office supply stores, usually in the specialty paper section, but sometimes in the label paper section too!
One online source is at Staples and is simply called, Sticker Paper. It sells for $12.49 for 30 sheets.
Just print your digital scrapbooking page on the sticker paper and then cut to match the size on your lunch box or pencil box.
You might want to print a test page before you print on the sticker paper to ensure that the dimensions are just right!
After you have worked out all the details and printed your child’s new lunch or pencil box design, then just peel and stick it onto your child’s box!
The results can be very exciting when your child’s lunch box or pencil case is a one-of-a-kind design!
Becoming a digital scrapbooker has all kinds of advantages. As you can see, your digital scrapbooking pages can be used for much more than just making digital scrapbooking pages for traditional scrapbooking albums. Helping your child inject some of their personality and little bit of fun into their favorite school accessories is just another one of the many things you can do and create, with digital scrapbooking!
