Got a Good Lemonade Recipe? Or a Great Quick Page for Digital Scrapping Fast?

July 11th, 2010

great lemonade recipes scrapped with Quick Pages! Recently traveling to the South (USA) I was reminded that everyone likes to have a fresh and chilled lemonade on a hot afternoon. As the weather soared to near 100 degrees with lots humidity to make it feel even hotter – all I could think about was a very cold glass of lemonade!

Not only that but I wanted every variation of lemonade, like strawberry, watermelon, raspberry and so forth.

So it got me started thinking, that I really don’t have recipes for lemonade! This seems very odd since back home in California I have a lemon tree that puts out hundreds of lemons each year! The Lemonade Stand Quick Page Kit 1 8.5x11"

Anyway, I decide to gather some lemonade recipes, scrap them quickly with a  Quick Page kit ( The Lemonade Stand Quick Page Kit 1 8.5×11″  ), so next time I got really hot – I would have lots of lemonade recipe options!

Digital Quick Pages are perfect for sliding digital photos underneath the pre-made layouts. It only makes sense to choose a Quick Page kit that lets you spend most of your time playing and only a few seconds scrapping all the fun! Just add digital photos and you’re basically done!

Also, I thought I would share a few of the great lemonade recipes I found with you!

After you get such a fun recipe like this one, take some photos, and add the recipe to a Quick Page. This will keep it handy to find when the weather gets hot and you want a cool glass of lemonade with a twist!

For this recipe it is best to use raspberries that are on the verge of being overripe.

It will help to sweeten the lemonade and turn it a fun shade of pink too.

Also, to bring out the flavor of the lemons even more, try pounding the lemon slices to release more juice and the oil from the rinds, this extra preparation according to Martha Stewart’s website rounds out the flavor in the lemonade.
