New Year’s has the reputation of being the best time to create New Year’s resolutions and personal goals as a fresh, brand-new year approaches. We here at Digital Scrapbooks and More think that any time is a good time for positive, healthy change; but we also can’t help but feel especially inspired for new goals, hopes, and dreams as 2010 quickly approaches!
So instead of doing things the old-fashion-way (scribbling down your precious New Year’s Resolutions on an old, random notepad), why don’t you digitally scrap them? I did; and it gave me a whole new perspective on creating special, personal goals! Creating a “dream” page with visuals of my goal combined with notes, phrases, and messages in a beautiful digital scrapbooking project; will visually remind me of what I want to achieve and why I was so inspired to achieve it in the first place!
Because I usually try to come up with several New Year’s Resolutions each year, I wanted to spend more time on thinking of creative goals, and less time worrying about setting-up the digital scrapbooking layout. All the papers, frames, even embellishments have been designed as a permanent page. Don’t get me wrong, it’s great to create your own digital scrapbooking layouts, but sometimes when you’re pressed for time, or just like in this case with my New Year’s Resolutions, I wanted to spend more time thinking of goals and just scrap fast!
But I would have never known how to use Quick Pages, let alone how to
