However, there are times when you want to use a shortcut key to reapply a filter with different settings. This secret keyboard shortcut that many people don’t know about will let you do just that! Press Ctrl + Alt + F (Mac: Command + Option + F). This opens the filter dialog of the last filter you’ve applied—with the previous settings, but you can always change them to whatever you need.
This shortcut tip works in Photoshop Elements or Photoshop!
