The big Thanksgiving Feast might be over but there are still many photo taking opportunities and the scrapbooking is just getting started!
The days after Thanksgiving can hold special memories too! So it is nice to try to capture some of those events too!
What does your family do after Thanksgiving and before everyone is back to school and work?
Whatever you do during that time it is fun to capture and scrap some of those memories!
Here are some ideas for getting more fun photos after Thanksgiving but before sending the kids back to school!
After Thanksgiving Photo Opportunities:
- Leftovers (I always like trying a new recipe with my Thanksgiving leftovers, this gives lots of photo and scrapbooking opportunities!)
- Shopping – after Thanksgiving is such a fun time to shop! Get my girls and off we would go. I love getting pic of us all together bargain hunting!
- Games or kids or “big kids” playing
- Making holiday crafts – with children home it is nice to keep them busy with crafts
- Putting up the Christmas Tree – we always put the tree up the Thanksgiving weekend – great for photos that can be scrapped later
- Wrapping presents
- Nature – go on a hike, even around your block and take some nature photos. Nature provides lots of interesting photo opportunities that can be woven into scrapping!
- Kids dressed up or at bus stop going back to school
These photos can be the final pages in your Thanksgiving Album!
